An unreleased iPhone, an entry-level iPad, and what is likely to be the next-generation iPad Air have been imported into India ahead of their expected announcement this spring.
Last month, Apple filed two new iPad models and one new iPhone in the Eurasian Economic Commission database with model numbers that do not correlate with any currently released product. Those same model numbers have since been cross-referenced by "industry sources" cited in a new 91mobilesreport that indicates Apple has begun importing the devices into India for "testing purposes."
Apple is widely rumored to revamp several of its products in the spring, with the iPad Air and iPhone SE expected to receive modest updates. The iPad Air, Apple's mid-tier model starting at $599, is thought to be gaining 5G connectivity on cellular models, the A15 Bionic chip, and Center Stage support. The iPhone SE, which starts at $399, is expected to gain 5G support, the A15 Bionic, and the same 4.7-inch display as the current model.

The next low-cost iPad will be equipped with an A19 chip, C1X modem, N1 networking chip, and 8GB RAM, according to details found in Apple's code by MacRumors contributor Aaron Perris.
We've heard some of these same specifications in prior rumors, so this is more of a confirmation than a new leak. The iPad 11 has an A16 chip, so the upgrade to the A19 in the 12th-generation iPad will bring a...

Apple's long-rumored smart home hub will have an iMac G4-style design and a host of unique features, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reports.
The smart home hub is said to feature a square 6-inch display, with variants that can be placed on a countertop or mounted on a wall. It features a single FaceTime camera on the front, with microphones and speakers in its connected base. Gurman described the...
It’ll be interesting to be able to track the new iPad/iPhones straight from India and not China. Curious to see what the tracking is going to look like. 📦 ✈️
I had mentioned before that they should merge the iPad Air and the 11 inch iPad Pro since they are so close in specs and price and that turned out to be a very unpopular opinion.
Personally I am not in the market for one as the 2020 iPadPro with the most recent iOS does not provide a good enough reason to “upgrade”. Until iOS for the Pro gets more capable it’s pointless to keep updating the hardware.
Apple's first foldable iPhone, with a book-style design featuring a 5.4-inch outer display and a 7.6-inch inner display with a minimal crease down the middle.
