Apple iPod Battery Replacement for $59
One reader reports that Apple's iPod Battery Replacement program has seen a price drop and is now priced at $59 (US).
Apple introduced the replacement program in November 2003 for the price of $99. In June 2005, a class action suit was settled providing affected users who purchased 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation iPods replacement iPods/batteries or a $50 voucher and extended warranties (details).
The discounted price was introduced quitely sometime in the past few days.
