Apple's Shareholder Meeting

MacWeek reports on Apple's shareholder meeting with some interesting notes:

  • Jobs was asked about tension between Apple/IBM/Motorola. "Jobs said the only real tension arose last year when Motorola couldn't supply sufficient quantities of G4 chips. Since then, he said, 'We've been in a strong dialog with Motorola.'"


  • Jobs stated there will be some big news about WebObjects at WWDC


  • On the consumer market, Jobs stated that the iMac and iBook are doing well and that Apple is "looking at some exciting new products" for consumers.
