Do we think this public beta is stable enough to run on a daily iphone 15 pro max?
Just wait for the September official release. It will still be buggy so you'll kinda have a beta experience

Apple must be pretty confident in this release; they sent me an email titled "Try out the new public betas" announcing this release, just about twenty minutes ago.

Someone please share the build number once you get PB 2 installed.
Confirming PB 2 is the same build as DB 5 (23A5308g).

I found the fix for CarPlay. Go into Accessibility and turn off Reduce Transparency.

3.01GB iPhone 12 & 14 Pro's

Edit: After about 30 min of trying the same actions on both phones (editing icon placement, launching/navigating apps, etc) I can say that, at least for me, this release is smoother.

The biggest issues I had w/PB1 was the constant UI stuttering/slowdown, and Safari not loading pages at times w/out me stopping and reloading them - both of which seem 'fixed'.
