Yeah. I canceled my order after reading that

Disappointing. New is new - To describe the condition as new (bulk packaging) is just incredibly misleading. Obviously, this is used and should be marked as such

As far as I’m aware, that’s the only product listed on their main sale page that is classified in that manner - all of the other products are listed as new

Yeah I’ve ordered iPad smart covers from them before and they were genuine and brand new. They were just older versions.
