I don't want to be the "old man yells at clouds" guy (which I'm not as I'm under 33) but I just don't get the allure of this card.
3% is nice, sure, but the fact that it doesn't have purchase protection or extended warranty makes me so confused on why people would choose this card over a card that offers those features plus a $100-$300 sign up bonus.
Do people actually like this card because it has good integration with iPhones?

A hard pull and ding to your credit score for $100? ?
It's odd people are so worried about hard pulls. They cost 5pts or less and are temporary. If someone's credit is so on the edge that a few points is going to cause issues, they should probably avoiding adding a CC.

I guess I am one that does due to the phone and computer integration but also because of the security.

I use it as my daily driver instead of a debit card and then pay it off at the end of every week and I just pay it from the phone, no special trip to the computer to “pay the bills”.

I made $550 last year from everyday purchases. Could I have made $600 or so using another card? Maybe, but the ease and security make it worth it to me.
