Apple Pay continues its global expansion today with several new participating banks, and more coming soon, in France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, and the UK.
In France, Apple says Apple Pay will be available later this year to Banque BCP and Arkéa Banque Privée customers, and through mobile-only banking and/or payment solutions Orange Bank, Lydia, and N26.
In Ireland, Apple Pay is available now at AIB, one of the so-called "Big Four" financial institutions in the country.
In Spain, Apple says Apple Pay will be available later this year at CaixaBank and mobile-only banking app imaginBank. Visa in general will also begin supporting Apple Pay in Spain by the end of the year.
In the UK, Apple Pay is now supported by mobile-only banking app Starling Bank.
Apple today sent out emails letting Apple Pay users know about the latest promotion, which offers $20 off purchases of $120 or more from sportswear company Columbia.
The $20 discount is valid when making a purchase from the Columbia website and using Apple Pay to check out. The discount is not available in Columbia retail locations, and products from the Amaze Puff Collection and the ROC...
Google has announced the rollout of Chrome's latest AI features to Mac and PC users in the U.K., indicated by a new "Ask Gemini" button with a sparkle icon in the upper right side of the browser.

N26 tells its users when they ask about ApplePay in Germany that we have to contact Apple. N26 wants to introduce it for a long time already.

But I think as well that ApplePay will launch in Germany later this year too. N26 will probably launch it in Germany, France, Italy and Spain at the same time.
