Apple's online store has also been emailing users who have pre-ordered Mac OS X 10.2 and plans on delivering Mac OS X 10.2 by Saturday, Aug 24th:
You will be receiving an invoice via email within the next 2-3 days that
will provide your tracking shipment numbers. These tracking numbers will
become active Wednesday, August 21st or Thursday, August 22nd. Beginning on
Wednesday or Thursday you will be able to track your shipment to its

Apple is planning to launch new MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips alongside macOS 26.3, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.
