Wait until you use it and you'll understand why it's still in beta. It's really an alpha product right now.

It's been 6+ months and it's still an issue.

Notify the makers of all new and future calendars, June 8>September 14 now equals 6+ months.
For the record, Apple has always said it would launch in beta in the fall, even when they announced the original version in 2024 they said it would launch in beta.

You will figure out how and when to use different AI tools. Need something that's in your personal context or relatively simple requests (lookups, recipes, etc)? Use Siri AI. Other stuff? Use a frontier model.

It’s funny watching all the YouTubers tell you the “must try immediately” features once installing 27. Only 1 video mentioned a waitlist quickly and nearly all the “must tries” are locked behind Siri AI.

I just looked in the UK Apple page for iOS and they are pushing the Siri AI app and how good it is and I can’t see any mention of it being beta or on a waitlist..

I never complain in life but this is wrong IMO… all very misleading
