I bought a memory foam tip pack and they give me a way better seal. They’ve also updated the firmware a couple times to improve the sound and, I believe, the ANC, which still could be better. Hoping they’ll add some of the AirPod Pro 2 features in the future as well- then I will finally be happy with them. I do have a couple other complaints though that I hope they address for the 3rd gen.
Way too many complaints for me to keep them. I'd like to try the new airpods pro 3 when they get released.

Returned mine day one. Couldn't get a good seal in my ear and the sound quality was terrible. Horribly uncomfortable and nothing like the original Powerbeats Pro which i used happily for many years.

Please, any idea when this product will get a new firmware update? It's insane how Apple swept this under the rug, forgotten. It has so much potential :(

I like them but don’t love them. The sound quality is definitely worse than a pair of AirPods Pro, but hey they don’t fall out of my ears when I’m running so I roll with it. I also wish the case didn’t feel so cheap, and that it was easy to open with one hand instead of annoying. Oh well, at least they’re orange which distracts me from these issues!
