Logitech Announces Two New Accessories for WWDC

Alongside WWDC this week, Logitech announced notable new accessories for the iPad and Apple Vision Pro.

The Logitech Muse is a spatially-tracked stylus developed for use with the ‌Apple Vision Pro‌. Introduced during the WWDC 2025 keynote address, Muse is intended to support the next generation of spatial computing workflows enabled by visionOS 26. The device incorporates six degrees of freedom (6DoF) tracking, pressure-sensitive tips, and real-time haptic feedback to allow users to interact with digital environments through precise input and tactile realism.

According to Logitech, Muse is intended for use across a wide range of spatial computing applications, including 3D design, collaborative workspaces, and immersive visualization tools. During the keynote, the Muse stylus was used to draw freehand in virtual space, annotate objects, and measure dimensions of virtual items. The device features both physical buttons and gesture controls. Muse will be available later in 2025 through both Logitech and Apple.

Flip Folio looks good, but where's the TrackPad?
Yeah you'd think that with the latest keynote being focused on the iPad being much more macOS like the trackpad would be an obvious inclusion. Sadly for some reason Logitech has been abandoning trackpad products in their lineup they used to have the K600 now only the K400 has one and some iPad covers do too. IMHO providing an iPad user with a keyboard but no trackpad should be considered criminal. It just feels weird to have the convenience of a keyboard but then have to lean over the keyboard to touch the screen every time . I'm pretty good with hotkeys but no way is the keyboard enough to get through all of iPadOS without the use of a cursor.

Yeah - I had the Apple Keyboard Folio case during the years that we didn't have a 'mouseable' iPadOS, but since we now get the cursors and will soon get windowing, the lack of a built-in trackpad seems like a huge miss.

Worse - I think some folks are going to see it and buy it as a more cost effective 'off-brand' alternative to the Magic Keyboard, only to realize that there is no trackpad when they get to using it.

I’m with others. Without a trackpad, it’s just a less expensive case.

Literally created this account to ask why apple did not make the apple pencil pro capable of doing this job and letting a third party do so. Bizzare to me. Maybe the AP Pro can't for some reason but i really doubt they couldn't a) plan ahead and make it work or b) retrofit and make it work....

For the folio, it would have been nice if a trackpad was also included. Not surprised with the pricing.
