Im not sure I'd trust Nomad with cables. Awhile ago, I bought a premium-priced USB-Lightning cable from them for use in our car, only to find that with that cable, CarPlay would sometimes lose connectivity a few minutes in. Disconnecting and reconnecting would fix it - usually. Initially I blamed it on my car's CarPlay support (a 2019 Nissan Leaf) - after all, what could possibly go wrong with a new cable??? - but when I reverted to an Apple cable, the problem went away. A few more tries verified it for me - cable went into the recycling bin.
In my experience and opinion, there's no reason to ever buy anything except Anker cables. They're priced _alright_ and they've never once failed on me, and I actually trust their certification and claimed speeds.

So let me get this straight... for their Base One charger, they took a $40 Apple MagSafe charger and put a piece of black metal/glass around it and charge $60 more and still don't include a USB C adapter? Where is the justification for that price?

I've always had success with them. I also have been using Monoprice cables (and wall mounts) for over a decade and have never been disappointed. Their cords and cables carry a lifetime warranty. I had an HDMI go bad after many years (I think it was bent real hard behind my tv) and they sent me a new one within a week.
