The watchOS 6.1.3 update includes important bug fixes, addressing an issue that could prevent the irregular heart rhythm notification feature from working properly for Apple Watch owners in Iceland.

Apple has also released watchOS 5.3.5 for Apple Watch models not able to run watchOS 6 due to the use of an older ‌iPhone‌.

My cellular plan has "unlimited Data", and as these iOS updates are not horrendously large - I wish we could opt out of the manditory Wi-Fi download requirement.

ummm, where did you get that? I responded that you can opt out of automatic updates on both Apple Watch and iPhone. quotes from the posts: " I wish we could opt out" and "You cannot even opt out when updating your phone". So yah, you can opt out, pretty easily.

Update using only your mobile data? I have never even tried, so while I would assume so, I have no idea. I don't have unlimited on my mobile, so I use wifi for all updates.

oops, my bad. Now I see what you said. Never mind!
Never mind?? Perhaps an apology for you saying "Do you really know what you are talking about?" is in order?
