Apple Releases Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 3.13

Iphoto icon Apple today released Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 3.13, bringing RAW image support to Aperture and iPhoto for a number of new cameras.

This update adds RAW image compatibility for the following cameras to Aperture 3 and iPhoto '11:

- Canon EOS-1D X
- Nikon D800E
- Nikon D3200
- Olympus OM-D E-M5
- Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GF5
- Sony Alpha SLT-A57

Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 3.13 weighs in at 8 MB and requires Mac OS X 10.6.8 or OS X 10.7 or later.

I wish Apple would finally add support for FujiFilm’s .raf RAW format (i.e. the Finepix HS20exr).
