Exactly. In this article ('https://www.macrumors.com/2026/09/16/heres-why-apple-released-ios-27-2-beta/') yesterday, MacRumors said:

Apple previously announced that the iPhone Duo will ship with iOS 27.1 ('https://www.macrumors.com/2026/09/09/iphone-duo-ios-27-1/'), which means that software version will contain all sorts of references to the device hidden within the code. If an iOS 27.1 beta were to have been released today, it could have spoiled some smaller iPhone Duo details that did not make it into Apple's event.
They say iOS there but the implication is also Xcode 27.1 Beta since it's a developer beta.

I don't see the Duo simulator. Does anyone else? I have like, 50+ apps to test.
I read that you need to run:

xcrun simctl create 'iPhone Duo' com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimDeviceType.iPhone-Duo com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.iOS-27-1

EDIT: I found it by going to Settings -> Components and in there there's a 27.1 update button.
