Apple unveiled the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max on September 9 at its "Surprise and shine" event, but like every year, the company didn't make them available to buy right away.

Pre-orders for the new iPhone 18 Pro models opened on Saturday, September 12, ahead of a launch on Friday, September 18.
The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max come in Burgundy, Glacier, Silver, and Black. Both models are available in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB storage capacities, bringing the 2TB option to the smaller Pro model for the first time.
In the United States, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,299. In Canada, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,749, and the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,899. In the United Kingdom, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at £1,199, and the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at £1,299.

Shipping estimates for popular iPhone Pro configurations tend to slip by several weeks within hours of Apple's pre-orders opening, which tends to happen the week of the announcement. Ordering soon therefore can make the difference between a launch-day delivery and an extended wait.
