Apple today released the fourth public betas of iOS 27, iPadOS 27, tvOS 27, and macOS Golden Gate, allowing anyone with a compatible device to download and test the new software. The fourth betas come a week after Apple seeded the third betas and just a few hours after the sixth developer betas.

i see it, but the download fails at 10%. retried several times, probably about to give up for the night. (it's 23:41 here.)

edit: It fails with the same error reported by gloop6o: "Failed to personalise the software update. Please try again." I didn't try *that* hard to make it work anyway 😉 reckoned it was clearly a server problem. I did try it on two separate machines though.

I could see it right away but it's giving error "Failed to personalize the software update." I've tried several fix attemtps (disable Find My, switched wi-fi, delete Library/Updates, manually in Terminal with “sudo softwareupdate -i -a -R”, restarted into Safe Mode and attempted there) but nothing helped. Since so many other people can't even see it yet, I'll hope it's just Apple's servers/propagation issue and will fix itself shortly...

iOS one installed fine, it's just macOS screwing up

update: iscat's method ('https://forums.macrumors.com/goto/post?id=34729890') worked for me: "sudo softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer"

Same. Any moment now...
Also looking for watchOS.
They now seem to wait a day to release the corresponding watchOS public beta build due to previous updates bricking some models.
